School Active Shooter Response Course
This Computer Based Training (CBT), in an online video delivery format, offered by Campus Safe Solutions is designed to better prepare educators in the event of an active shooter or violent intruder. CBT exposes participants to realistic scenarios while providing practical knowledge and skills. These skills and specific techniques are compatible with all emergency response protocols and are consistent with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security recommended “RUN, HIDE, FIGHT” response.
**Pennsylvania teachers receive seven (7) ACT 48 professional development hours upon successful completion of this course.
On completion of this course, the student will receive a Certificate of Completion from the University of Georgia, Griffin Campus, Office of Continuing Education and Campus Safe Solutions, mailed to the address given in your registration information.
Instruction: Training prepared by Campus Safe Solutions
Format: Online- Your internet connection must be at least 10 Mbs to take this course. A slower connection will extend the sections loading time. The course is compatible with Mac, or Windows computers. Tablets and smart phones are not supported.
