Evening at UGA Author’s Entertainment Series
Learning new things is a lot of fun! Come engage with renowned authors who offer stimulating information allowing you to think and learn, gain new insights, grow, be inspired, personally enriched, and fully entertained. You will hear from authors who hail from across the nation and world, as well as from Georgia and even your “own backyard”! This UGA Griffin platform provides an incredibly “fun” learning experience where you are able to interact with the author and with other attendees. Connect yourself to culture, history, big ideas, and innovative ways of doing things and thinking! Connect with other people and neighbors you may not know. And, on many evenings, you may enjoy light hors d'oeuvres and a beverage or two to accompany an awesome program. Trust - it is a great way to spend a memorable and truly enjoyable evening!
The Author Entertainment Series is a community outreach program that highlights local, regional, and national authors and their recent publications. It provides attendees the chance to meet and greet the authors and learn more about their works. Events will be held bi-monthly, typically on Tuesday evenings. Tickets to these events can be purchased for individual sessions. Individual, dual, and family memberships can also be purchased. Lastly, sponsorships are also available for individual events or the entire season.
